Dals and Lentils

A typical Indian Meal looks incomplete without a Dal and Lentil item. Even though the other items in the menu changes for North Indian and South Indians, Dal and Lentils remain constant in both the menus. North Indians eat Dal with Roti while South Indians eat Dal with Rice.
