Pani Puri consists of crispy, hollow puris (crispy dough balls) filled with a delectable mixture of spiced potatoes, chickpeas, tangy tamarind chutney, and a flavorful spicy water, known as “pani” (meaning water in Hindi). The magic lies in the balance of flavors – the tanginess of tamarind, the kick of spices, and the refreshing coolness of the mint-infused water, all coming together in perfect harmony.
